A game for a company of four to five people. The moderator leaves and the remaining players choose a well-known song and divide the words among themselves - one word each. For example, the song "Let there always be sunshine": one player gets the word "let", the second - "always", the third - "will", the fourth - "sun". The presenter comes back and starts asking questions - all kinds and unexpected ones: "Your favorite city?", "Where does the Volga flow?", "What to do and who is to blame?".

The task of the respondents is to use their word in the answer and try to do it in such a way that it does not stand out too much; answers must be quick and not too long, but not necessarily truthful. Answers to questions in this case could be, for example, "One city is hard for me to choose, but let it be Rio de Janeiro today" or "The Volga is in the Caspian Sea, but it does not always happen, every third year it flows into the Black Sea. The presenter must catch which word in the answer is superfluous and guess the song. Often played with lines from poems rather than from songs.

A game for four people divided into pairs (in principle, pairs can be three or four). The mechanics are very simple: the first player in the first pair whispers a word (singular nouns) into the ear of the first player in the second pair, and then they take turns naming their associations with the word (in the same form - nominative nouns; one-liners cannot be used).

After each association, the teammate of the player who voiced it names his or her own word, trying to guess whether it was originally thought of, and so on until the problem is solved by someone; all the associations already voiced in the game can be used later, adding a new one with each turn. For example, let one team have players A and B and another team have players C and D. Player A whispers the word "old man" in C's ear.

Player C says aloud to his partner D: "age". If D immediately answers "old man", the pair of C and D earns a point, but if he says, for example, "youth", the turn passes to player A, who, using the word "age" suggested by C (but discarding the irrelevant "youth" from D), says to his partner B: "age, man". Now B is likely to guess the old man - and the point is already earned by his team with A.

But if he says "teenager" (deciding that it is about the age when boys turn into men), then C, to whom the turn is suddenly returned, will say "age, male, octogenarian", and certainly "old man" will probably be guessed here. In one version of the game it is also allowed to "shout": this means that, having suddenly guessed what was meant, the player can shout out a variant not in his turn. If he guessed, his team gets a point, but if he guessed too quickly, his team loses a point. The game is usually played to five points.


A simple game that can be played by a group of three or more people. One person guesses a word (noun, nominative, singular) and calls aloud its first letter, the task of the rest is to guess the word, remembering other words with this letter, asking questions about them and checking if the leader guessed it. The task of the leader is not to reveal the next letters in the word as long as possible. For example, a word with the letter "e" is riddled. One of the players asks the question, "Is this by any chance the place where we live?" This is where the fun begins: the leader must figure out what the player means as quickly as possible and say "No, this is not 'home'" (well, or, if it was "home", to be honest about it).

But at the same time, the other players are thinking the same thing, and if they realize before the presenter that they mean "home", they say "contact" or "there is contact" and start counting to ten together (while counting, the presenter still has a chance to escape and guess what they mean!) and then say the word. If at least two people match, that is, at the count of ten they say "house" together, the leader must reveal the next letter, and the new version of the guessers will already start with the now known letters "e" + the next one.

If the presenter fails to beat him on this question, then the guessers suggest a new variant. Of course, it makes sense to complicate definitions rather than ask everything outright - so the question about "home" would sound better as "Isn't that where the sun rises?" (with a reference to the famous song "House of the Rising Sun" by The Animals). Usually the person who eventually gets to the word he or she is looking for (either by naming it or by asking the winning question) becomes the next presenter.
